Mickie tells the story of the physical and mental challenges of maintaining an extremely active life including climbing Kilimanjaro, trekking to Everest Base Camp, the March of the Living, riding multiple long distance cycle races and hiking in South Africa despite multiple fractures. The session includes some beautiful photos taken during her adventures.
