Space travel is hard and landing something from space is even harder. For the first time in history, a private non-profitable organisation, SpaceIL, tried to land on the moon. What started with three engineers determined to win the $20M Google Lunar XPRIZE, ultimately became a great milestone in private space exploration. Who wants to go to the moon? So many things can go wrong during launch, travel, lunar capture, landing and communication. In this session, he'll explore some of the space challenges confronted and the fantastic story of "Beresheet" (the first Israeli spacecraft to the moon).
